About Me

bicyclearoundtheworld
I am an athlete, a bicyclist, with an interest in creating awareness about the precarious situation of the world's environment. The speed with which green house changes are happening, we will lose biodiversity and previous resources forever. As part of my wih to actively create awareness, I have decided to attempt a Guinness Book of World Records by bicycling around the world through all continents covering 60,000 kms across 61 countries, across five continents, in 19 months 20 days. After crossing 29 countries and 9 months since I started, while travelling through Washington DC, I decided to start this blog and update pictures and experiences of my travel all the way to the end. Even though I dont know if I will be able to update information regularly, I will try my best to keep this updated with my latest experiences.
